They work on a curated portfolio of projects simultaneously, ensuring focused attention on each build from architectural drawings through to interior finishes.

The company is expanding its on-site team to support a growing pipeline of new residential builds and ensure homes are delivered to the highest standard of quality and finish.
Responsibilities
Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and address deficiencies promptly to ensure homes meet quality standards.
Execute a wide range of hands-on repairs and finishing tasks, including carpentry, drywall, framing, painting, and more.
Collaborate with site supervisors and trades to ensure construction aligns with project timelines and specifications.
Maintain compliance with company quality standards throughout all phases of work.
Uphold Health and Safety protocols on-site and ensure safe work practices at all times.
Respond to homeowner service requests and provide exceptional customer service.
Document work performed and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
Must-haves
Proven experience in residential construction, handyman services, or new home finishing.
Strong knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and construction best practices.
Ability to perform PDI checks and identify deficiencies accurately.
Skilled across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, and minor plumbing/electrical.
Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and safe work procedures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Nice-to-haves
Experience working on new home builds with a focus on final finishing and PDI processes.
Familiarity with Tarion warranty standards and homeowner deficiency management.
Comfort working across multiple active job sites simultaneously.
