At least 2 years of experience

Most of our clients hire at the intermediate level and above. We do have a mentorship program available to help with resume reviews for more junior candidates.

Alignment with our clients

We work with architecture, engineering, interior design, urban planning, and construction firms across Canada and the USA. Built-environment experience is the strongest fit.

Ability to work in Canada or the US

Our mandates hire into specific offices in specific jurisdictions. Candidates with existing work authorization move through the pipeline fastest.
