Senior Interior Designer
Location: Etobicoke / Greater Toronto Area
Full Time, Hybrid (50/50 In-Office / Remote)
Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000 annually (or equivalent hourly rate for contract arrangements), commensurate with experience.

A boutique interior design firm specializing in full custom home builds from concept to completion. Known for a distinctive design aesthetic and a selective, quality-focused client base, the studio handles everything from architectural planning and fixture specification to furnishing and final staging — on projects typically spanning one to two years. The team is collaborative, culture-driven, and growing intentionally.
Why this Role is Open
The firm is expanding its project capacity and needs a senior-level designer to lead a dedicated team and take ownership of a major project kicking off in late April.
Responsibilities
Manage full home build projects from initial concept through to final staging
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors on-site
Translate client briefs into practical, on-brand design solutions
Oversee and direct a junior designer on 2D and 3D deliverables
Develop and manage fixture, finish, and furnishing specifications and documentation
Maintain the firm's templates, processes, and design standards across projects
Manager Junior CAD Drafter
Must-haves
Proven experience managing full-scope residential interior design projects end-to-end
Strong soft skills, organized, client-facing, and process-oriented
Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for client and job site visits
Ability to work independently and lead a junior team member
Nice-to-haves
Experience with V-Ray or other 3D rendering software
Familiarity with architectural plan work and construction documentation
Previous experience in a boutique or design-forward studio environment
